Joseph Alas began his career in medical imaging as an X‑ray technologist with the goal of earning his Nuclear Medicine license and completing his degree in Radiation Science. His inspiration came early from his father, Joe, a multi‑modality technologist who worked in both nuclear medicine and ultrasound. Joseph became a certified nuclear medicine technologist in 2014 and immediately began working with Quality Temp Staffing as a traveling technologist. In his current role as Vice President, alongside being a certified nuclear medicine technologist, Joseph now has the opportunity to support technologists who are new to the field and pass on everything he has learned. Coming full circle and offering new graduates the same support he once received has been a true blessing.
